Carre Tucker

Carre brings compassion, openness, and lived experience to her teaching. As a mother whose son is in Spirit, a Certified Grief Educator, Grief Movement Guide, and evidential medium, she understands that grief, healing, and spiritual connection are deeply personal. She meets each person wherever they are without judgment or expectation.

Carre believes we are always learning from one another. Rather than telling others what they should believe or do, she shares what has supported her and invites students to explore what feels true and helpful for them. She encourages people to speak from their own experiences, creating an environment where different perspectives are welcomed and respected.

Carre also teaches the importance of supporting the nervous system. Grief, anxiety, and the pressure to “get it right” can make it harder to recognize subtle spiritual impressions. Through grounding, movement, and other regulation practices, she helps students become more present in their bodies and more receptive to their own unique connection with Spirit.

Carre’s path to mediumship began through her relationship with her son, Grant. 2 days before Grant’s 12th birthday, he was in a devastating accident. During the six days he remained in a coma, Carre began receiving insights—what she describes as “knowings” or “downloads”—that felt entirely different from her usual thoughts. One message came through with particular clarity: “It’s okay. There’s nothing wrong. We agreed to this.”

After Grant transitioned, Carre began receiving signs, messages, and experiences that she recognized as coming from him. Her connection with Grant challenged everything she had previously believed about death and opened her to the understanding that love and relationship can continue beyond physical life.

A few months later, while searching for language and support for life after the death of a child, Carre discovered Helping Parents Heal. That moment opened the door to a much deeper exploration of grief, healing, the afterlife, and continued connection.

Carre went on to study evidential mediumship through Whole Medium Academy and other teachers, along with Reiki, grief education, grief movement, and nervous-system-supportive practices. She joined Whole Medium Academy as an instructor in 2026.

Looking back, Carre recognizes that spiritual sensitivity and service have always been woven throughout her life. Today, she works in partnership with Grant as she helps others explore their own connection with Spirit and discover how their relationships with loved ones can continue across the veil.
